Bijou leaned back relaxed on her canapé. She had downloaded the latest songs by Cro onto her smartphone and was having a great afternoon. She had already ensured a nice morning with a ride on "Burning fire", her mare. After a light snack for lunch, it should now continue so on approved. She was just about to doze off a little when the sound of the door slamming jolted her out of her thoughts. In the door stood Danielle, her four years older friend, with whom she shared "Burning fire", because such a noble mare was much too expensive even for the daughter of rich parents, as she was. So she had made a horse-sharing agreement with Danielle, sharing the price of the animal, and also the work that had to be done with the animal.

Danielle entered the room. She was, like Bijou, who hadn't even changed yet, in riding clothes. But for having already gone on the ride, she looked pretty clean, Bijou thought.... She took out her headphones and turned the song to "pause". "Hi," she greeted her friend, "Hello.... can it be that you forgot something?" Bijou furrowed her brow. What should she have forgotten? Where? Danielle seemed to suspect her thoughts. With a smile that expressed only partial amusement, she slowly approached her friend. As if by accident, she slapped her left palm with the loop of the short crop. At that moment it flashed through Bijou's mind - the stable! She had forgotten to muck out and sweep it, even though it was her turn today! She blushed and bit her lower lip in embarrassment.

"Ah, I see the memory is coming back," Danielle commented, still with that peculiar smile. "The stable - I - oh sorry, sorry.... I forgot!" stammered Bijou, sitting up. "Indeed, you did!" confirmed Danielle, sitting down next to her friend, "And not for the first time, as you know..." Bijou looked down at the floor. "I'm sorry..." she said again. "That's right. You'll be sorry... And right away!" Danielle looked at her a touch more seriously now. "This is the third time in two weeks. I think I need to help you remember your duties better next time - don't you agree?"

Now it was clear to Bijou what her friend was getting at. The hint of a mischievous grin played around her lips. Then she got into the game. "Oh, man... don't be like that!" she mewled in mock defiance. Danielle raised her eyebrows. "Like that, you're getting sassy too!? I think you deserve a real little butt-full again, don't you!" Now Bijou quirked a snort. "Pooh!? I'm not a little kid anymore," forgetting that she had often been over Danielle's knee - and she over hers. The two were real spanking friends, taking every opportunity to get over each other's knees for more or less flimsy reasons. "Well, let's see you do that, Miss," Danielle said, and walked energetically over to her friend. She tightened her legs, and made an effort to fight back. "Hey, leave me alone!" she shouted, though she had to try hard to look serious. "Leave me alone and don't touch me!"
